motion

so son runs away to moms house, claiming i was abusive to him. after calling cops they come over and find nothing. son suppossed to return the next morning as per the officer. she files restraining order against me for her and son.

she then files a motion for me to appear in court claiming a temporary change in custody until the gal is updated.

what are the chances a judge will grant her custody of kids based on police report that found no evidence.

can i go pro se?

I would never go pro se unless I did not care about the outcome.
...or I could be wrong.
