Next time I post I could have a final order and be single! Going to trial this afternoon just to get a permanent order on child support, everything else is settled... Hopefully it goes good, will let you all know... thanks for advice, support, information over the last 9 months...

Got most of what we requested, final will be signed when my attorney finishes it with orders from today and submits to court, and I'm saving $600+ a month.

Thanks guys. I'm hoping it will be enough to cover my bills and catch up, I've been getting behind a bit more every month. Gotta make a budget and now that I know what I'll be paying for the forseeable future, I can do it.

I want to celebrate, but I will wait until I get the final judgment in the mail with the judge's signature. Thanks again.

When I was in court today for my first hearing, the couple immediately before my case were on their final hearing. It was brief and uneventful. I'm looking forward to that one.
