So, from what I am reading here, I should keep the kids no matter what? What if she brings the police to my house, yells, screams, etc... I am not sure if my kids should see that? But then again, they may be in danger at home? How long does it take to get a court order?

Update....I just could not hold back. I kinda spoke my mind to the ex wife... I am not comfortable with the living situation at her house. She looks awefull.. Lost about 40 lbs... I think drugs are involved... I will up-date you guys soon.... I am < edited >... She totaly blew off my son.. He wanted to talk to her last night, she said she was not home..... WTF?
