And on a side note, I hid the remote control a long time ago :)

Until then, eggshells shall be walked on, and I will in no way intentionally provoke her, or get lured into her bs. In other words, something like this I will worry about, and take seriously.

Son, you've been saying that for days. I'm thinking you are too hung up on it.

I can't say specifically where for you - but there is a balance. How do I encourage you to start living the life you plan for after your divorce TODAY. I said matter-of-factly hand her the rings, not provoke her or get lured into her bs.

You are busy taking photos and documenting the location because of her whiny little tangent, expecting Detectives to come knocking on the front door over a misplaced wedding ring. Is this the way you are going to live your life, Son?

I'm here to tell you it ain't over just because the Judge signs it, and you can't just suddenly invoke rules and responsibility without the NJ reacting. I wish you luck, but you must know these things have a way of not being settled for a long time. You must start living today the way you expect to live after that Judge signs your decree - it will never be any easier.

Thanks for the advice, and i will take it.... Its all new to me.... I guess I know its not over when the judge signs it. I just see all the stories of it taking months if not years and thousands and thousands of dollars for men to get where I am at right now... I just don't want to < edited > that up somehow by living my post divorce life now...

Grab the rings tell her you found them and that she can pick them up from your lawyer or other witness. That way you have proof later on that they were in her hand and not yours.

The last thing I am going to do is touch the rings, let alone have her know I was in her dresser drawer. No thank ya.
