I havent read all of your situation, but if they are offering that, then make sure you get it signed and stamped before she moves out, if thats the deal you want, if she moves out before she might get setup and change her mind.

I think it is the best thing for her to move out, maybe this is the best i can expect were i to go to temp orders hearing. shouldn't she help with the mortgage?
