Our case is finalized and all paperwork is done - have to wait until the end of November in NC as it's 1 year and 1 day to really finish the divorce. However, all paperwork and fees have been paid and both attorneys have been excused.
During our case, I had filed an order of protection on my financial paperwork to prevent it from being removed from her attorneys office. He allowed her to still take it (into my house while she refused to move out) and I took pics of it. I emailed my attorney immediately and informed her and he then called his client to get back to his office with it. Since he made my life hell for 10 months with stupid filings, I feel I can report him to the NC state bar with a complaint. Whats the point in having the Order of Protection if he let her leave with the paperwork.
What are your thoughts on me doing this? Should I let it go or go after the pri*k?!
