Sounds like you did real good minus the lawyer bills. I try not to get to congratulatory on these posts because NJ's are kind of like Jason in the horror movies. You get to the end and he is put down but right after the credits roll through he pops up again.

Getting everything signed isn't the destination but its a significant milestone on the journey. If you got half your stuff and more than the states minimum, its an accomplishment of note.

Though Jason keeps popping back up the thing of note is he keeps getting killed and becomes less and less believable with each new chapter.

:) funny but no. I was going ask in mediation for her to change her last name to her maiden name, but then I figured, NJ suits her just fine, so let's leave it at that:)

Yea sorry not trying to bust his bubble. I'm far removed from my hearing so I forgot how much of a relief that was.

No more stress of wondering what is and what might be or could be. That truly is a accomplishment. I'm glad for him and his. Because he now has time to focus on kids and moveing on with his life. So congratulations truly are in order.
