Don't waste another moment seeking the title from your stbx or through the attorneys. Getting the title doesn't mean she'll sign it over to you and that may be another hassle.

Park the truck, wait for equitable distribution, and get a replacement vehicle.

Unless there's a court order in place instructing the (non-cooperating) parties to do something you'll be waiting a very long time.
