Where is the back pay coming from?
How did she find out about it? You didn't tell her, did you?
What does your temp order say regarding how much child support you're to give to her? Is it a fixed amount or a percentage?

The Back Pay was the accumulation of the difference that I was not paying while I had no job. I was paying her $3000.00 a month and my back pay has sky rocket to $45,000.The 2 year rule mess me up. I'm paying her 50% of my income.

Your terminology is confusing. Back pay is normally considered to be income to you, not child support payments to someone else.
Were you collecting unemployment? Didn't you go to court to get your child support lowered while you were unemployed? Do you have a lawyer on your side? You need one now. The figures you're quoting justify hiring one.
If you think she is still working, have it verified. You can go through the interrogatory process.
I was once quoted a fee of $200 to document someone's finances.
Another way to investigate is to have someone carefully and quietly follow her from home one morning. Some people might think this is risky, but just once is not likely to be construed as stalking.

Ex wants me to pay $800.00 in back pay.

One of tha benefits of divorce is that her wants are no longer a factor in your life. Legal obligation is all you should be concerned about.

Surpress your inner Captain and remove the term "She wants" from your lexicon.
