The plot thickens...

The guy that shot me has appealed, and now gets a new trial.
So he'll be back for a bit.

My ex girlfriend printed NJ's Facebook page that says she's in love with "new guy".
When NJ was on the stand in "shooter's" trial she said he was the best, and wanted to marry him.
However, NJ quit contacting "shooter" after the trial.
I think "shooter" is angry.
The only person he wants to see is the love of his life, NJ.
The last person NJ wants to see is puppet "shooter"

I got this message from the prosecutor...
We will set for status on March 23rd, 2012, so everybody can see each other on that date. (NJ has a hearing that day too)

So shooter and NJ will be in the same jail.
BUT... they will be transported to the court house in the same van.
AND they will be in the same small room while they wait for their hearing. So they will be talking up a storm!

AND... "new guy" will be in the courtroom, so will I.

Can't wait to see what happens that day.

Just an update...
Court day came and went. It was a status hearing for the shooter.
They have set a trial in August.

Ex wife was there. Status hearing for her too.
They also had a small trial to see if she would be allowed bail.
I got to testify. I made her attorney look foolish.
I've been on the stand so many times it's starting to come natural.
Her bail was denied completely.

Ex wife's new "gangsta" boyfriend was there. He was a little mad.

The whole time NJ was there she didn't acknowledge BF at all, but she smiled at the shooter, and talked to him.

XMIL took me to court to have more < parenting time >.
We were referred to GAL.
