Another Father wins custody

The news story appears to be insinuating that the father is a bad guy. I'm guessing something different is going on here...

All the responses assume the guy is a pedophile and the mother, who tried to kidnap the child despite "doctors" and the courts stating nothing has been happening except likely alienation and the mother leading the child to make accusations, is of course innocent and these transgressions aren't even mentioned.

This occurred in my neck of the woods and paralleled my journey fairly closely and it's a damn shame the way situations like this are handled.

In my instance NJ tried everything under the sun to alienate D3 and I. Claims of stalking, assault, DV and when none of that worked. Her last ditch effort was to claim I molested our D3. When all the experts found no merit in to her claims, she also ran with D3. While on the lamb for 48hrs made posts to her 210 FB Friends publishing her claims about me including pictures of D3. No regard whatever for D3’s future in the community or potential stigma that may accompany D3 in a small southern community.
NJ is currently working on serving the fifth of seven months in the clink for contempt in regards to other issues. She has not been charged with anything related to the kidnapping or false DCFS Claims. D3 suffered through 3 interviews and 1 physical examination to which I was not allowed to attend as the accused perpetrator. The only contradiction to NJ’s claims from the powers that be, was that there was insufficient evidence to support her claims.
D3 and I have been comfortably pursuing our life for 5 peaceful months while NJ sits in the clink. Hopefully NJ gets it together while on her vacation, but we all know the possibility of that occurring………

Wow, strangely feeling fortunate that I only divorced a greedy, ignorant, and vindictive shrew to whom Dean Wormer would also have said "fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life." Hope your child always sees you as the guide in her life.

Yeah I feel lucky sometimes that my NJ is just a stupid person. Could be way worse.
