If your son is not taking them, she is criminally defrauding you out of your portion of the money, criminally defrauding the insurance company out of their portion of the money, criminally taking a controlled substance or criminally selling a controlled substance and possibly endangering the welfare of your child by not giving him medication that he needs to maintain his mental health.
You need to prove that your son is not taking his medication if you want to do anything with this.
Take him to the doctor and have them run a drug screen on his urine which would prove he's not taking it.
From there if you wanted to report it to cps and or the state's attorney's office and or the insurance company. Keep in mind that this will end any chance of you ever having a normal relationship with her, but if you're like most of us that's not possible anyways.
