Welcome. You've been referred to a pretty good community. Plenty of guys here have been dealing with NJs. Check out the list from FatherofFour's sig, then look over the acronym list, then ask questions if you'd like.

Edit: Just read about 3 pages of that dreck. File for an immediate return to the area of your child as part of your filing. It is WRONG that she has taken your daughter 3 hours away, and will not provide relief. It is the responsibility of the parent who has moved away to make the other parent whole in regards to travel. I hope you have all of her posts transcribed with the page addresses marked. She's sunk herself, and appears to have given you custody with how she is acting, and she can't see that she's unreasonable.
