Looks like some of you guys are owed some serious money. This pole is not gender specific but I'm curious how some of you remedy the "deadbeat" parent.

If you think an option can be added, let me know.

Interesting. I always hate having to spend money to get money. I can see if the monetary award is big enough then it would be worth it. Why would a lawyer be needed to pursue the arrears?

I have not pursued the arrears. I keep it as a stupid tax and have to deal with very little stupidity as a result.

So your local domestic relations section doesn't care how much arrears accrues? They make the CP do all of the legwork?

We have Child Support Enforcement here but we're not in the system.

She got in a huff once soon after the divorce and siad she was going to open a case and get it garnished. I told her she would regret it if she did.

She didn't.
Divorce is in the air. What should I do?
