Well, she emailed me a couple of times. The first one was 'blah blah blah the poor kids have to walk in the rain and snow (20 ft), but I will comply'. The second one was 'we need to meet at a neutral location'. I just told her no, here's the times, ill escort them out.

I think she is thoroughly pissed the cops told her that I have the RIGHT to tell her she cant be on my property.

One last thing I didn't mentioned, and it may be being super paranoid. She's vindictive enough that if she slipped in my driveway she would try and sue me. Heck she's a big enough < female dog > she would try and do it on purpose.

If a curb side pickup is indicated in the papers and she slips in your driveway, she shouldn't be on it anyway. Send a bouquet of flowers with a nice trespassing charge to her hospital room

i don't have curbside pick up orders in my decree..

anyway i get a bunch of email stating now that she wants to meet at a 'neutral' place because she's worried about her safety and her daughters safety. really!!!!!??? why be worried, when she was trespassing i called the police. if i was scary i would have physically threatened her!! she's scared!!!! wtf ever.

anyway, if she's SOOOOO scared, i think we should meet at the police station way the hell out of her way.

in hindsight.. i didn't over react.. i just never should have responded to her bullcrap email. NEVER enage the beast...

If it was me I'd be very curious how the police report was written. My bet there is a description of your ex being a little belligerent and disagreeable. Something good to get for the next time in court when you can get curbside pickup written into your decree.

Do they always write a police report? I bet it was just a domestic disturbance call. Nothing filed...

Either way I'd call to make sure. Could be valuable if there was anything documented.

I agree with parking your car so she can't go in.
There is no need to meet at neutral place. If you don't agree it doesn't happen.

It could be even more unsafe at other location(like gas station). never know what creeps might be lurking around there(use nj's psychobabbly against her if you have to)

Just remember-if you pickup at her place you need to have the same rules-curbside.

Definately call the police and request a copy of the police report. If the officers didn't write one, ask them to do so.
It will be something good to have in case you are in court again (and you may be if she is saying she is concerned for her and the kids safety at pickups). Once she starts making those statements you can almost bet she will file a motion.
