Another bite at the apple - claims not well functioning

Postby mbxdad » Tue Aug 07, 2012 1:33 pm

Anybody have experience with their NJ trying to modify support based on claims of being rushed / being depressed / not functioning well at time of dissolution agreement? Seems like an interesting strategy - I was not a fully functioning and responsible adult when I willfully entered into this legal agreement.
. She didn't have legal representation, nor did I - we co-filed.

I haven't received the full papers yet, but it's just a matter of days.
