Mississippi Alimony

Postby Drew » Tue May 29, 2012 2:31 pm

I have beeen married for almost 3 years now, and have decide to file for divorce. We have no children together, and have not purchased anything in both of our names. She works some-what part time, but is looking for work back in her home state. We are both residences of MS, but she resides back in her home state. I can't seem to get a straight answer from the lawyers. What can I expect to pay? Any suggestions?

I would expect to pay nothing and I would also pay nothing.
