Not sure how to look at this, but here goes. Apparently NJ fired her lawyer, I put this smiley because the guy was doing a good job for her from where I was sitting at least.

And now NJ wrote up her own motion to substitute judges.

My lawyer says the motion is an inch thick, and it's also cc'd to the FBI, CIA, etc. etc..

I told him to notify the GAL asap, and to wish me luck on the exchange today for S1, for my EOW 'visit.'

P.S to those here who don't know, NJ still has exclusive occupancy of the house under a temp order since Oct. and I'm in the EOW jam-job with every day phone visitations with S8.

On the changing judges part, judges do talk among themselves on cases.

I would imagine if things have been in front of your current judge and he talks to a new judge he will tell him some things about your case.

Dont know if thats to your advantage or not.

Just hang in there and do what you have to do.

So far this judge (woman) has kinda given NJ the benefit of the doubt, considering there's been no court ordered psych-evaluation on her (can't afford one).
But this judge has so far issued a temp order to:
A) Give NJ exclusive occupancy.
B) Give NJ 28% CS + 22% maintenance.
C) Kept me at 6 overnights/mo with S8, and only 2 overnights/mo with S1.

So one would think she was winning, right?

So I have no idea what beef she has with the judge. Oh wait, she's a schizophrenic. Ugh.

^I don't live at the house + I think recording in IL without party's consent is illegal and/or can't be used in court. I catch your drift though, good comic relief.
