Atty gives a motion to dismiss a 50/50 chance of succeeding. NJ's legal tack is likely to be "temporary alimony was for re-entry into the work force; we both anticipated that I would be employed before the alimony step-down took place; I have not been successful finding a job, therefore this is an unanticipated change in circumstances" She attacked my character in her affidavit, which seems to be there for the sympathy vote (really, you'd be amazed what a NJ can accuse you of when she is bitter and scrambling for money).
