Of course it's an issue. Throw every possible thing against the wall and what doesn't stick might slip past the goalkeeper due to judicial fatigue. That's what you pay your atty to prevent.

She got per diem as income, but only the amount above what I don't spend. Last year my expenses were 11k and per diem 4, not an issue.

Wow, thanks for posting this guys. I now need to start monitoring/documenting my per diem and actual expenses. This site really is good for us guys trying to prepare.
