My ex wont let me see our son

My ex wife and I have no legal custody agreement. She is an unstable person and is very difficult to deal with. We have shared custody of our son since we seperated over 4 years ago. Last year he started school in her school district in another city against my wishes because we could not come to an agreement so she enrolled him without telling me. Half way through the year after many issues with her failing to get him to school on time and her moving him around and failing to provide him a stable living environment, I took him and enrolled him in school here for the second half of the year. For the last 2 weeks his mother has refused me from < parenting time >, will not allow me to even speak to him, caused him to miss the first week of school here, all because she wants him to go to school in her school district. Is there anything i can do to get my son back?

Its been way to long to go without court involvement. You need to file something immediately.

Think about calling the cops for a wellness check. You may also try and go pick him up and take him like she did to you. Either way, you need to file.
