You are only partly right.....she can change diapers and make great food and other things a baby needs. Anyway....enough psychoanalyzing.

My x is Colombian too. Treats the kids pretty much the same way.

She can change diapers and make food for the baby?

Hardly a ringing endorsement for motherhood. I still bet she couldn't properly housebeak a dog.

Knowing what a fack up her kid was, what attracted you to want to raise a child with her?

I felt like she was on top of everything, but later realized the controlling wasnt healthy and was actually demeaning. I started thinking about getting out when she started acting that way towards me after we were married. Or just chalk it up to temporary insanity.
