I'll tell you now that it's unlikely that this attorney you are going to interview is going to think going to get your kids and bring them back home against their mothers objection is a good idea. He'll give you all the possible negative outcomes and explain how you will get hammered in court for it.
Should you find a good attorney, they will also advise you similarly, but will also give you an idea as to whether or not they feel they can make a reasonable case for your actions.
Your case is yours. It's for you to execute and your attorney to argue. The kids have been gone three months. Action should have happened at least 2 months ago. Lies or not.
I agree I should have acted quickly and better! Some things I can't undo. But I think all the perspective and the "slapping in the face" I got on here will help me avoid future mistakes. There's a cost to be paid for the ones I already made in dealing with this situation but I can only try to mitigate them as best as I can.
The attorney I'm getting has been documented to be the best (VERY expensive as well) and is a bulldog. I trust he will be realistic but aggressive.
