need help with getting primary custody.

Exwife has primary custody. I have the extended standard < parenting time > schedule. We got divorced March 2012. No child support, and split the bills down the middle. The EX recently got mad and made a threat tp go and ask for cs. Saying she is going to get 1/3 of my income unless I help her pay for part of the bills she was ordered to pay. I figure out I have my 15D for about 71% of the time and my boys around 42%. After doing some math and avaraging the three kid times that I have them I would say I have a total of about 54% custody and she haz the 46% of the time. Is this enough to get primary custody?

It might be enough after some time as the status quo, but neither of you have two months of track record yet. Don't engage in the conversation with your X. Don't pay a dime more than you are ordered to pay. She is trying to threaten you to pay something not ordered and you need to see it for the ridiculous ploy that it is. Less than 2 months ago, the court ordered the present terms, considering all custody and financial implications, and you both need to stick to it. She will soon be trying to limit your parenting time to the minimums, so tread carefully. Put her off by letting her calls go to voicemail, and if she catches you at a soccer match or something, say that you'll run it by your lawyer. But don't agree to any such thing.
