So this CE, was appointed by the court? By her attorney?

If she has her own, why don't you have yours? Focus on what you can. You're fighting an uphilll battle.

How old are the kid(s)?

What state are you in? Are they pro-joint or not? The judge on this typically decides how?

OP, stop being concerned with her and focus on yourself and your relationship with your kid(s).
