N1 know about ex trying to move kids to another country?

My STBXW moved out on Jan 8 of 2005 and took my 2 daughter with her(6 & 8 at the time. 6&9 now). I fell for the stupid line about she just needed space and stuff like that. 8 days later her Internet BF from Canada moved in with them. I filed for divorce and custody. After a month her BF went back to Canada because her lawyer said he needed to go. A couple of weeks ago the TCO's came in. We have joint custody and 50/50 time. She has already given up some of that time, spring break, so her BF could come visit her. She is planning on going to Canada for 2 weeks some where near the end of April. She has stated in her court papers, that her BF has no intention of moving to the states. I am assuming that eventually she will move to Canada, and want to take the D's with her. She told me that she would take the D's to Canada for the 2 weeks, except she doesn't want them to miss school. As I said we are not divorced yet and only have temporary custody orders. We live in Oregon. If she should get custody in the future, can she just move them out of country like that? Any helped and advice would be appreciated. I will be trying to contact my lawyer tomorrow. He has been on vacation for 3 weeks :(
