Anyone catch The Week the Women Left? I haven't watched it, but apparently it's yet another show portraying guys as totally clueless and helpless without Mom there to help. Saw a comment from one woman laughing because she saw one guy who "didn't realize" that his kids need food.

Two very popular shows that are still on in repeats portrayed dad as not having a clue and mom to the strong one and rescued everything were "Home Improvement" & "Everybody Loves Raymond" I used to watch these while married and didnt think much about the portrayal, now I do knowing what I know and learned.

That's why I prefer sports.

Yes! Although you can't tell from what they choose to show you on TV, it sure seems like he got the shaft.
