Is it just me or are all the parents getting high publicity court cases for dead or missing children Moms? I can't think of a case where Dad suddenly left his 2 year old in the car to come back and find him missing.

This surprises you? Do the homework! If you do a good job, Real statistics, not just the woman bias statistics you will find, women commit most domestic violet cases, reported by law enforcement agencies. Women are most likely to commit child abuse, women are most likely to murder their young. If men murder the kids, he kills the wife and HIMSELF, also! Not that it's any better if he kills himself, but, at least you don't have to sit and listen to him talk about how much he wants to find his missing kids.

I can provide the statistics if anyone wants to see them!

That sounds about right. My STBX was the one charged in our dvo case. Then she went and had a EPO taken out on me so I would have to move out and she could stay in the house. She was always the one snapping and beating the crap out of my son when he was growing up as well. Now he's 16 and she can't get away with that anymore. He remembers it all and wont even speak to her. They love to push a mans buttons to try and get him to go off the deep end so they can look so innocent and use it against us in court.

SOA reference_I felt bad for the beating Gemma took but she did pull the gun and shoot at Clay first.

Man-o-man, that show went off the rails this week.

my ex NJ and her sister NJ were violently nuts with a friendly cute 'helpful' facade. mean, vindictive, controlling, manipulative and violent, but very cute and smiley, and oh so helpful. I was scratched and clawed for years, punched in the face, glasses broken, my things would disappear, etc. Their father left them at a very young age, and not only got < breasties > for his new wife but for her daughter as well, very weird 'family.' She used to threaten death. Making sure I am in my childs life every day, so she doesnt grow up with a vendetta and end up shaving her head like natalie.

This is becoming rampant all over the country. Whether it is just publicity is more now or not. You see it much more often.
Men who fear becoming fathers dont understand that fathering is not something perfect men do but something that perfects the man. Its like an aged man reclining under the shadow of an oak he planted.

Here's a thought. So I'm sure some of you guys have read articles that children are being awarded more to men in custody decisions. We'll go with the thought that it's true.

I have no statistics but one thought is that these "killer moms" have always existed. It's kind of like a pedophile or pyromaniac. If you they never have the opportunity to be around small children or matches, they won't act on their deviant thoughts.

In the past, these "killer moms" never had the need to kill their children because in the past, the majority of the kids were awarded to the mother. Now, the tide is turning more towards awarding custody of children to men so these "killer moms" are exposed because they are losing custody of their kids.

Plausible?

How many of the notorious killer moms were involved in ongoing custody disputes.

I'm not noticing a theme running through the killer mom stories that they killed the kids because they didn't want dad to have them. The ones I've read were mostly they were nuts, the BF didn't like kids, the kids were a bother.

------------

I have an idea for a serial killer motive/story. The killer listens to police scanner and shows up to a home after the police leave from a DV call. The killer does his thing, usually framing one or the other of the people the police were just called on.

Then on to the next one.

1) Story idea
2) ?????
3) Profit beyond wildest dreams.

Can anyone help me with number 2?
