Your EX will spin things to make you look bad. You are giving her ammo by not dealing with her and using your kid (even if adult) as errand boy (girl).

If you must give her some stuff, put it out by the road and tell her to come get it. Obviously, do it in good weather and on a time agreed on (and maintain email documentation to her agreeing to the date).

You could also request a complete list of the things she wants, as a 1 time good faith gesture even tho the divorce is almost a year old.

Don't let her back in the house and don't be alone with her.
