Modification for support based on income is considered enough, but if you agreed on an amount with no income, then the burden would remain on you as to what the change is.

The court "could" say, well you agreed to x amount with no income, why is now different?

Of course, financial changes and modifications of support levels is way easier then custody changes.
Don't worry about what you cannot control. Focus on what is legally relevant, not morally indignant or petty.

can i make the arguement that i agreed to 2k a month of which 750 is in h. insu & activities for the kids in hopes that my business would pick up.

and if it doesn't and i take a salary job, can it get readjusted. does my directly paying the h.ins and activities count towards child support.
