I need forms in Missouri

Hi,
I am a divorced dad from missouri. I have ben trying to modify my child support (I meet the 20% rule). In Missouri, you do not need a lawyer to petition the court for a modification. I cannot find the forms and the county clerks office won't give me the information.

Anyone know where I can obtain the information for the forms I need with instructions to fill them out? I will even pay for them, I just don't have the $5,000 for a lawyer.
