Baby sitter/ daycare issue

My stbx is having 'one of her former students' baby sit our children as opposed to daycare. I asked for the new sitters name, address, and phone number. She said that she does not feel comfortable giving me that information. Do I have any rights here? We are in ga with joint custody under a temp order.

I believe you have the right to know who is taking care of your children, she shouldn't have to treat it has national security issue unless she has a reason.

I would expect you have the right. While it's on her day, she can do what she wants. But if you're available, why need a babysitter? You should get right of first refusal.

Do you need your wife's Info? Can't you find out on your own? Stop talking to her and expecting her to give in to your demands. Find out on your own and if you have serious concers, then you can do something.
