Keep up the good fight for another day.

I was lucky in mediation bcuz she didn't bring anybody to think for her. And what she ended up with is "what her lawyer wanted"! Now she wants things back the way they were lmao.

You do know where she stands. It's a hard and painful process...but it will be worth it in the end in court or mediation.

I knew where mine did after round 1. no idea for round 2. Sucks until November. But hey, if it's anything....I'm in the same boat as you...I hope that September will get me out of the house after the parenting and custody evals are done.

Mediation was pretty much my first slap in the face experience with the biased court system. Up until that time, I had no idea how outrageous it was. Our mediator was a real piece of work. Somehow based on a 5 minute conversation with my wife and I, he determined that it was fair for me to have my daughter 4 days out of 2 weeks. Then when I said "absolutely not" I was accused of being unreasonable due to refusing to compromise. Her attorney had the balls to request that I get 2 hours a week, and that's it.

When I pointed out that her attorney was the one being unreasonable, "that's just the way it's done."

Me: "What does that say about what you do?"
