Seems like it wouldnt be that difficult to say it was withdrawn to buy groceries, or gas, something.... But I'm not in a fight like this with my stbx. We separated accounts a long time ago, and agreed to keep them ourselves.

It may be legal to withdraw small amounts of cash to stash. It can be done over time if you have a good game plan.

Again, this is why any man, before he marries, needs liquid assets stashed where the NJ will never find them.
