Parenting time problems... suggestion?

Times have to be agreed on....

She offers: herself to supervise (inappropriate and she's not available much)
Hire a professional (not good for daughter, limited time, and cant afford)
Or in town only with no overnights
At first NJ denied all friends and family, until law guardian approved of my parents and overnights.

I offer: travel 140 miles to family & hometown, I'll even sleep in different house.
or, grandparents will take my week, so daughter can be with family while mom works.
Denied...

Give in, bouncing daughter back and forth between my house during the day, and NJ's to sleep (and NJ's control and interrupted time)
Or have her deny time and judge give me makeup time? Since we can't agree and she can't be reasonable. I guess it's up to who looks more reasonable.
