I'm still waiting for four more months just to get a temporary hearing.

50/50 joint/legal, with ROFR granting me extra time on days ex works, reality will be more like 70/30 my favor. Minnimal CS, no SS. Only provision I caved on was giving her 180 days to move out of my house.... So stuck with her for awhile, but CS doesn't kick in until the month after she moves.

It is thanks to the advice I got here to remain calm, and patient. I cant tell you all how much I appreciate all the knowledge I gained here....

Were it not for this forum, I have no idea where i would be, likely not in my house, getting forclosed, broke, and without my children, and who knows what else. Probably would have done some jail time for beating on my ex's boyfriends....
