No one showed up at our door this weekend.

I guess the confrontation I had with her last week has been forgotten by her?

I spent this weekend watching movies with my kids and taking them to the park when it was cooler in the evenings.

The STBX went to a party on Friday and came home very drunk about 4 hours later and went straight to bed.

I didn't say anything to her. I just logged it in my journal.

On Sunday evening, she accused me of having an affair since I leave the house early in the mornings on the weekend to run side jobs for extra money.

Yup. I would go to work and right home to take care of the NJ's kids. I didn't have time to carry on an affair even if I'd wanted to. That didn't stop NJ from accusing me of doing so on occasion.

She is in healthcare and gets called in at all hours of the night for surgeries. Literally the PERFECT gig for someone that wants to carry on an affair. I would put money on it that she had something going on on the side.

And yeah...I have court on Thursday. Regardless of the outcome, I'm cancelling the cable. She's gonna be pissed and I'm gonna . I only held off on cancelling it because I knew it would set off a $h1t storm (i.e. encourage her to actually show up to court). I'm thinking at the moment that it's a 50/50 shot of her not showing up.
