So far so good. I had to request some things from the stbx, pay stubs, ssn, childcare documentation being i agreed to have it plugged into the cs calculator, and she gave them up willingly. I believe the Lawyer has everything she needs to get the Judgement and Decree written. Then I will serve the papers to my stbx. I have been softening her up for it, being very open with whats going on, and very, very nice, so it will seem like just another peice of paper to sign. She is likely getting more than what she would get if we were to drag it out as far as cs and things like that, but its worth it. If everything continues on track, I will be divorced by July, and could be celebraitng Independence Day a free man.
