I am looking for some info on New York Law thats states. 1. If i pay child support does it goes to also help STBX in sharing visitations expenses for her to bring children to see me (IE 50% transportation cost). 2. What is deducted from pay check prior to figuring out child support (based on New York) 3. Is there also a law that STBX help on paying 50% on insurance premium?
I would like to have a Link to website so i can print theses up to show lawyer. And also should let everyone know. She does not work. Hope this helps out more
Have you done a line by line investigation of the child support worksheet? In my state transportation would be a separate issue addressed elsewhere in the parenting plan and if there were a deviation on child support it would be noted on the child support worksheet as an extraordinary expense.
I looked at the New York state worksheet online and it does not say anywhere on the transportation. This is getting me confused and upset. Dealing with me filing in Missouri and doing Child support/< parenting time > based off New York. I am just trying to find info where STBX and her Lawyer wont screw me over.
One of you lives in NY and the other lives in MO. Where are the kids living? My guess is whichever person moved many states away from the kids' historical residence would be saddled with the bulk of transportation cost. If the lawyer is decent.
