Thanks for sharing, and congrats on your hard work, sounds like you deserve it. your story gives me hope. I feel the deal I offered my wife was fair. The escalations have started, and it is about to go nuclear. I almost feel bad for my s2bx, she has no idea the natural consequences she is going to face because of her actions....all because this forum is giving me a back bone to pin some new flesh on.

Latest update. STBX won't sign the decree. She alluded to filing an appeal on child support and I said she was welcome to pay my attorney costs if she hadn't wasted enough money on her own attorney (zero chance of a successful appeal given criteria in WA state). Then she came back with a threat to move out of state if she "couldn't feel financially secure" in our current town. The trouble is that she is paid better in her current job than she would be paid anywhere else. Good to see the NJ is thinking about the best interests of the kids.

And you recorded her relocation threat, I am sure, or was it in writing?

Email. The day before our hearing, when she was confident of victory, she sent me a long email about how important it was for the kids to have two parents, how she believed in co-parenting, etc... Then just 10 days later she is threatening to move away with the kids because she didn't get enough child support.
