stbx pregnant with Mr. Wonderful

Ok, 1 year 8 mo marriage with prenup in Indiana.

stbx is pretty pissed about not getting nothin" except minimal CS - she currently staying in beach house with kids (47/53%) and Mr. Wonderful. stbx has minimum wage job.

Seems she's pregnant - 1st trimester (she told the kids she's having a baby and is going to marry Mr. Wonderful) - so there is no way it can be mine - last intimacy was June of last year. Not happy when the kids told me they were going to have 'two daddys".

Since she's stbx - am I stuck paying her pregnancy-related medical bills even tho it's not my child? Plus, she is very nauseuos her 2nd trimester - she might quit her job.

Is there any upside - other than her hopeful desire to get free of me in this?

The upside could be that as she becomes more preoccupied with the pregnancy and new baby she'll defer more time to you with the kids.

Talk to your lawyer and see if there's anyway that you can get her off your insurance. If not, something tells me that yes...you'll likely get stuck covering her medical bills.

As she has a minimum wage job, I doubt that she'll have the ability to pay for a plan herself though.

That's one of my current concerns. NJ has all kinds of issues (mostly self-induced). I'm hoping to get her off my plan (she has essentially the same plan offered through her workplace) before she can rack up too many appointments.

I've been through this with my ex. I didn't sign as guarantor, I aint payin and they can't make me.
