She can huff and puff but at some point you'll have to call her bluff and force her to put her cards on the table. Make her make her case and make her take it all the way to the judge. If you give in it just invites more of the same.

You may want to change the drop off/pick up time to "after school ends" or something similar.
I have mine set up for after school or daycare, so EX and I don't need to see each other and if either of us has the day off we can get the kid from school without having to deal with each other. The only time I see her face to face is on the weekend swap, at a set time.

I here you Guest.....for my two weekdays it states immediately after school until 830 pm. So I took Tuesday and Thursday. I have always picked my son up from school immediately after school lets out on alternate Friday's to start my weekend. The Order does not state 6PM-6PM Sunday. But since the NJ continues to find ways to eliminate my Parenting-time, she discontinued my immediatley after school on alternate Friday's and makes me wait till 6PM now. We only live 10 houses down the street from each other.

I have repeatedly asked for this Friday immediately after school so my son can go to dinner with out of town family. The NJ states a big fat no. I don't think she can do that. Especially since I have about 25 prior NO's already documented.

So I guess I will stand firm and she can call the cops if she wants.

What do your orders actually *say* about the alternate Fridays?

It just says alternate Fridays until Monday morning 9 AM or 8 AM if school is in session. I already have my son immediately after school every day. But the NJ insists on me picking the son up after school. Then 1 1/2 hours later the NJ picks him up from my house. Then again, 1 1/2 hours later I go to her house and pick the child up again. The Orders do not say my w/e starts at 6 PM on alternate Fridays. It just states every other Friday is my w/e until 9 AM Monday morning. The NJ is the one that enforces this back and forth which I feel is stupid. She states that this 1/1/2 hours gives my son a chance to see his dogs. Believe me, he could care less about the dogs.

You let her get away with it. The person to blame is in the mirror.

Don't give her the kid on Fridays. Let her take it to court. She will lose.
OR, you can bend to her will and have her continue to control access to your child for the foreseeable future.
