Finding the right attorney

Divorce is on the horizon and I need to find the right attorney.

Is there a list of questions posted on the site I can use as a guideline when interviewing potential counsel?

With so many lawyers out there I am looking for some starting point rather than googleing lawyers in my area. I'm going to ask friends if they have any recommendations but was curious if anyone here had any suggestions or recommendations. I am in NJ- Morris /Bergen County area
