NJ kicked out Nov 2010.

Still has some mail showing up. Because she still has after school time at the house (which Im trying to stop) 2 days per week she sometimes picks up her mail, sometimes not. Tends to leave her bills behind.

Im sick of it. Feels invasive and I want it to stop.

What is the best way to handle without being a jerk. I have asked her twice to change to her address but she hasnt.

Can I just write return to sender and put her new address on the bills/letters?

Choices include returning to sender, round filing them or putting them in some sort of mail box on the front porch or wherever to accumulate till whenever.

I wouldn't waste too much emotional energy getting upset seeing her name in the mailbox. She lived there and will likely get mail there, regardless of USPS address change service, for quite some time. Possibly until you move and beyond.

My mom still gets the occasional mail/ junk mail/ bill collectors for my first wife at her home. It's been over 20 years and she never even lived there.

It's not really that big of a deal.

If you're just looking to feel better, put all the nudes you have of her in them and return to sender.

Ha...that would be a big box! Wait a minute...that came out wrong......

How about this:
1) Email her again that she needs to submit a change of address form
2) Tell her to stop getting the household mail in the mailbox (she loves to fish through it before I get home...and things have gone missing) immediately.
3) I will put all of her mail in a box located in the garage. Where she can pick it up.

Get all your mail sent to a PO box. She will quickly lose interest.

You're looking at it wrong. A PO box for you is a definitive win. She no longer gets to see your mail. She couldn't even if she wanted and tried. Your mail is now more secure from everyone, not just from her. Ha Ha on her.

Also, got a locked type mail box. They are inexpensive; I have one myself. Your ex should not be going through your mail.
