parenting plans, division of the marital estate...

My attorney has asked me to finalize these items, and I am using the parenting plan template from the reference section. I'd love it if I could use this thread as a source of info from all of you, on items, that maybe the template doesn't include that I should, or any tips on what to include or not, wording and things like that. I am working on a list of things, and I'll post them here. Thanks....I had really hoped my STBX and I would sit down and do this together, but she got her free consultation from an attorney, and he told her don't sign anything, so now that is out. My attorney did say, if my plan is reasonable, the judge would sign it anyway.
