Mechanical Turk - Task Rabbit

Postby BartSimpson » Tue Jun 19, 2012 9:02 am

You might notice a new poster suddenly making a string of replies, mostly related to the topic, but essentially generic and full of Kumbaya. And it always has a Link to the posters website or recommends services of a third party - try my mediator, check out my article on my website, I wrote about this at . . .

It's a job, and their hiring. Might be worth considering if you have the time and need money.

Amazon's Mechanical Turk, and services like Task Rabbit offer a few pennies to make posts and post a link to a website. Typical Turks and Rabbits performing these tasks are stay-at-home, and the income is only $20 to $40 a day.

But it's something, it adds up - it can be the difference in a simple man's lifestyle. We see too many Dads coming here without the means and this might be some answer to their immediate cash flow. If you're broke, debt mounting, and underemployed, check it out.

That said - I hate those bastard coming here doing it. And we seem to have a bunch lately trying to harvest Dads in a divorce.

Kumbaya my butt, you Turks and Rabbits.

Agreed. I don't like them either and would happily swap them if that's what the admins would like. I haven't because if I swatted those I just didn't like it would probably spiral out of control quickly. :)

Yep, I warn them and then ban them if they keep it up. I detest that ambulance-chasing rubbish too.
