I've got a pen video recorder and I used it last time I went to court for an evidentiary hearing.

Frankly, I was nervous about having it and waving it around with its little light on and everything, but it was fun to see the NJ getting it from the judge, also, it was useful to tell my attorney exactly what the judge ordered my X to do in court and it will most likely make a difference as we'll pull the audio and have it transcribed (the audio from the courthouse, not my pen).

Anyway, I like this one better. I'm pretty sure that next time we go into court that my X will be going to jail, and those are memories that you don't want to miss documenting.
