Trapcall is a pretty effective way of recording phonecalls. It can be a little laggy sometime, but it does the job.

I'm using "Total Recall X10" Recording quality is excellent. It only records calls from NJ, and emails the recording to my account. Free trial, and then you have to buy it. Worth the money.
