Thems were the judges words. He didn't like us having the internets in our home and exposing our children to predators.

Probably why they prefer to keep kids out of the courthouse considering what his local peer was charged with.

Everyone knows that the internet is like a series of tubes........

Not exposing chiddren to internets sounds like a local strategery to me. :D
I am a dad. It is not a simple title, nor a professional position. It is a aggressively defended FACT!

Should probably cut the geezer some slack. The internal combustion engine was spooking his horse when he was a teenager.

Probably depends on the judge. In my case we could use stuff for rebutal. So, if she didn't admit something.

I totally agree with hoosier_dad on timing.

Consider retiring, moving back with the kids for a few months. Or bring them to California with you.
Moving back and pretending may be a good choice and put you in a better custody situation. The stress may be bad, but it could also run her off.

Note: check your state laws. In some states (typically at fault states) sleeping with her after you have knowledge is consent.
Divorce is a declaration of independence.
It is easier to become a dad than to be one.

What a world we live in. I have documented proof of multiple affairs, one over a year long, and it will do me zero good in court because I am the earner and she has "the most difficult job on the planet."

It's established fact now that working fathers have it tougher that working mothers. I read it in Time magazine.

Affairs?

Ehh.

They're a symptom of a larger problem, not necessarily the problem in itself.

But that Bill Burr clip was funny as <self-edited>.
